Beauty Therapist
We are looking for a passionate & experienced individual to join our established & growing Hair & Beauty Salon. Róandi was founded in 2016 and has recently moved into a new purpose built salon on Chapel Street in Chorley.
Róandi has always and will always offer 5* service to our clients. The successful therapist will be expected to maintain these high standards not only when treating clients but in keeping the salon clean & tidy. You will be working within a team of 3 hair stylists and 1 beauty therapist initially.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming clients and understanding their needs.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and products are sanitized.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain treatments and aftercare.
Stay updated on beauty trends and techniques to enhance service offerings.
Uphold NVQ standards in all beauty treatments and services provided.
Required skills:
Level 2 & Level 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy, Spa Therapy & Nail Services
Minimum 2 years experience
Preferred but not essential skills:
Facial & brow threading
Nail Art
Lash lifting (LVL) & extensions
Indian head massage
Reflexology
Body wraps & exfoliations
The salon is well suited on one of the busiest high streets in Chorley with plenty of passing trade and potential new clients. With this in mind, your own clientele is not necessary but as you embark on your new journey with Róandi it may be nice to have some familiar faces join you.
While on probation (a minimum of 3 months), your contracted hours will be 32 per week with overtime available where required by the business - increasing to 40.5 hours upon successful completion of your probationary period.
Additional training will be provided to the successful candidate upon completion of probationary period for any new services added to our treatment list.
