Unopened Products: Return within 28 days of purchase with proof of purchase for a full refund or exchange Your refund will be confirmed by email, and funds will be returned to your original payment method. This can take up to 5 days to show on your statement from the time of the issue.
Opened/Used Products: Return within 28 days with proof of purchase to receive an e-gift card or account credit. Please check your inbox and spam folder.
Important Details:
Free gifts or gift-with-purchase items must be returned unused/unopened to process your return. Otherwise, only an exchange or e-gift card will be offered.
Returns are not available for orders shipped outside the UK.
PayPal or Klarna purchases cannot be refunded or returned in-store.
Gifts can be exchanged with proof of purchase but cannot be refunded or exchanged for a gift card.
